Script-Fu -> Notepaper

This is an adjustable script which can render a textured image from a photograph or other toned graphic. The effect is more pronounced if you start with an image that has good contrast. You may notice the original I start with here has had the contrast increased as compared to the original of the same image I used with the Inkpen script.

result 4:

with Sand as Background Texture
Since the results of the background and foreground color choices seems self-evident, I will finish with just the last parameter of the Notepaper dialog, which is Background Texture.

The choices include Plane (the default, which is a "plain" (no texture) background, Sand, the boldest and pictured below, and also Paper and Cloud, which are more suble background textures.

result 5:

with Paper Texture, colorized
Default settings except that Paper was selected as the background texture. Ater complete I ran COLORS > COLORIZE (going somewhat yellow/tan) and finally boosted the upper-end contrast by playing with COLORS > CURVES.
