Script-Fu -> Sharpness -> Softer -> Orton Effect

This is an adjustable script.
It produces an "Orton Effect" by combining the original with an overexposed and blurred copy -- giving the original image a soft, glowing, some say "magical" appearance.

Script-FU > Sharpness > Softer > Orton Effect
