Script-Fu -> Sharpness -> Softer -> Soft-focus Simple




This is an adjustable script.
Nothing tricky here -- the script softens the image using a blurred overlay. Acts similar to GIMPs built-in
FILTERS > ARTISTIC > SOFT GLOW,
but with only one adjustable parameter.
